A vibrant washed coffee from the forests of Koke in Yirgacheffe, where wild Arabica trees grow tall and multi-trunked, scattered freely across dense forest hills — unpruned, unplanted, and full of natural character. This is the visual definition of wild coffee.

Cherries from smallholder "garden coffees" are delivered to the washing station, where lots are combined, pulped, and wet fermented for 12–24 hours to remove mucilage. The beans are rinsed in channels, then sun-dried on raised African beds for 10–15 days to an ideal 10–12% moisture, covered during very hot days or overnight for an even drying rate. Final quality control by local partner Primrose includes multiple rounds of colour sorting and hand selection.

Suitable for filter — and a pleasant surprise on espresso. Expect white peach, nectarine and bergamot, with floral aromatics, a clean cup and bright acidity.
